Job summary

The Joint Corp franchisee in Thornton, CO is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

You will perform spinal adjustments, educate patients on routine care, maintain records, and collaborate on treatment plans. Candidates must hold a Doctor of Chiropractic, be licensed in CO, pass NBCE Parts I–IV, and meet malpractice insurance

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Valid DC license in the applicable state
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam)
• Eligible for malpractice insurance
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: $83,000 to $88,000depending on experience
