Qualifications

Responsibilities

Join a thriving, patient-focused chiropractic practice in Salem, OR that has been serving the community for over 8 years. We’re seeking a licensed Chiropractor who is passionate about helping patients improve their health through hands-on care. Whether you’re an experienced doctor or a recent graduate eager to learn, we provide mentorship, a supportive team, & opportunities for long-term professional growth. 4 day work week with 3 days off- either Mon-Thurs or Tues-Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Perform chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, and personalized treatment plans (Manual Therapy, Rehab exercises, & corrective care)
• Review patient histories, X-rays, and progress to deliver high-quality care.
• Educate patients on posture, stretching, rehabilitation exercises, & home care.
• Complete accurate daily documentation & chart notes.
• Monitor patient outcomes & modify treatment plans as needed.
• Work closely with chiropractic assistants & massage therapists to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, individualized care.
• Follow clinic protocols while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, & continuing professional development.
