Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is looking for licensed chiropractors in Omaha, Nebraska to provide patient care, supported by marketing and administrative functions. This full-time position offers competitive pay of $33–$37 per hour and paid time off (PTO) accrual.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree, a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and relevant licensing. Responsibilities include consulting with patients, performing adjustments, and maintaining accurate records. A strong focus on building positive doctor-patient relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE.
• Recent NBCE SPEC exam acceptable as alternative for Part IV.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Full eligibility for malpractice insurance in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, questioning, observing, examining, and reviewing x-rays.
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations to correct the musculoskeletal system.
• Educate patients on routine chiropractic care benefits and provide recommended treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories.
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary.
• Analyze x-rays to locate sources of patients' difficulties and rule out fractures or diseases.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Sell membership packages.
