Job summary

HCRC Consulting seeks a dynamic Chiropractor to join our Maryland multi-clinic team on a full-time basis, serving Columbia, Glen Burnie, Catonsville, and Randallstown locations. The role offers $90,000–$110,000+ DOE with bonus opportunities and full benefits.

You'll perform consultations, evaluations, and X-rays, develop personalized treatment plans, provide adjustments, and educate patients while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland Chiropractic license.
• Experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn our EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient consultations, evaluations, and physical examinations.
• Review medical history, imaging, and diagnostic reports.
• Take and review X-rays.
• Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver chiropractic adjustments using diversified, activator, and other manual techniques.
• Prescribe therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, lifestyle changes, and home exercises.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, medical providers, therapists, and staff for coordinated care.
• Supervise and work closely with chiropractic assistants/medical assistants.
• Complete accurate and timely EHR documentation and reports.
