Job summary

HCRC consulting seeks a Doctor of Chiropractic for a family-focused practice in Las Vegas, NV. We offer a 4-day work week, a strong community presence, and robust mentorship. Qualifications

• DC degree and Nevada licensure required.
• Advanced technique certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with pediatric and family-focused care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient exams and re-exams.
• Review X-rays and patient records.
• Deliver Reports of Findings and create care plans.
• Administer adjustments using TRT, Activator, Webster, and pediatric techniques.
• Educate patients on lifestyle and continuing care.
• Document and chart diligently.
• Monitor progress and reassess as needed.
• Participate in workshops and community events.
• Support growth through relationships and education.

Job Duties

• Perform new patient exams, re-exams, and clinical evaluations
• Review X-rays, scans, and patient records
• Deliver clear, confident Reports of Findings and create personalized care plans
• Perform specific chiropractic adjustments using a variety of techniques (TRT, Activator, Webster, Pediatric/Infant adjusting/Cranial work)
• Provide patient education on lifestyle, exercises, and continued care
• Complete accurate documentation and charting
• Monitor patient progress and perform reassessments
• Participate in workshops, screenings, and community outreach events
• Support practice growth through relationship-building and education

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree (DC)
• Active Nevada Chiropractic license
• TRT certified and/or Activator Advanced Proficient and Webster Certified/Pediatric training preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable with instrument adjusting only
• Pregnancy/pediatric experience preferred

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday
• Occasional weekend community events

Compensation

• $80,000 - $85,000 base salary plus Bonus opportunities
