Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor for a full-time role in Federal Way, WA. You will deliver routine chiropractic care, review patient histories, and educate on treatment plans within a supportive clinic team.

Responsibilities include performing adjustments, maintaining records, coordinating imaging when needed, and supporting membership sales. Competitive salary with benefits and growth opportunities within a franchisee model.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations
