Job summary

HCRC Consulting seeks a motivated Chiropractor to join our Smithtown, NY practice full-time, splitting coverage with nearby Selden. Entrepreneurial mindset and strong adjuster skills are valued; opportunity for partnership in the future.

Candidate should be a licensed NY Chiropractor with DC degree, experienced in diversified adjustments. We offer a supportive multidisciplinary team and a culture of healing and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
• Active Chiropractic license in NY.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial examinations and re-exams with medical history and imaging.
• Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays.
• Develop and implement treatment plans focused on patient health.
• Educate patients about diagnoses, treatment options, and home care.
• Provide diversified adjustments (Cox, CBP, ART) when appropriate.
• Document and chart notes timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with PTs and staff for comprehensive care.
• Conduct weekly team training and follow up on goals.
