Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our Caldwell location. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality care in a streamlined setting, allowing you to focus on improving lives through routine chiropractic adjustments and patient education.

You will work Mon–Fri 10 am–7 pm and Sat 10 am–4 pm, with a 4-5 day workweek. Franchisee employment arrangements apply, along with company-paid malpractice coverage and medical/PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• DC license in the applicable state.
• NBCE Parts I–IV passing scores.
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and joints to treat musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and plan treatments.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when needed and interpret results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships and support membership sales.

Position Summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems


• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions


• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans


• Maintain accurate and timely patient records


• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results


• Build positive doctor-patient relationships


• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college


• Valid DC license in the applicable state


• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam)


• Eligible for malpractice insurance


• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Schedule

This role requires availability Monday - Friday, 10 am-7 pm, Saturday, 10 am-4 pm

Compensation and Benefits
