Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a full-time Chiropractor to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, retail setting. You will perform manual adjustments, review health histories, and educate patients while focusing on improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Requirements include a Doctor of Chiropractic, valid DC license, NBCE Parts I–IV, malpractice eligibility, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state (Alabama license is a bonus).
• NBCE Parts I–IV passing scores (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.

Position Summary
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems

Schedule

This role requires full time availability, 4 shifts, with monthly Saturday shift requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting Pay: $80,000 to $90,000,depending on experience, paid semi-monthly.
