The Joint Chiropractic in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Chiropractor for a full-time, Sunday-Thursday schedule. You will deliver routine chiropractic care in a convenient retail setting, focusing on improving patient lives and ensuring high-quality service.

We offer a $90,000 base salary DOE plus bonus potential, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) matching, PTO/holiday pay, malpractice insurance, parental leave, profit sharing, license reimbursement, and CEU allowances.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college.
• Active DC license in the applicable state.
• NBCE Parts I–IV or SPEC exam completed or eligible.
• Malpractice insurance eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review health histories, examine neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual spinal and joint adjustments.
• Educate patients on benefits and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Arrange diagnostic imaging when necessary and review results.
• Foster positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Chiropractor to join our clinic team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college
• Valid DC license in the applicable state
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule

This role requires weekend availability.
