Job summary

HCRC consulting is seeking a licensed Chiropractor in Frederick, MD to join a growing, family-focused practice. This Associate Chiropractor role offers up to $90K base plus monthly bonuses and a Monday-Friday schedule.

You will perform adjustments, examinations, and progress evaluations while building long-term relationships with patients and contributing to community outreach.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree is required.
• Maryland license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong adjusting and communication skills.
• Passion for family and wellness-focused chiropractic care.
• Positive, motivated, and coachable.
• Comfortable educating patients and recommending appropriate care.
• Interested in growing as a doctor and contributing to the practice.
• Webster Certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chiropractic adjustments.
• Perform consultations, exams, and progress evaluations.
• Review X-rays and communicate findings.
• Develop and explain care recommendations.
• Educate patients about chiropractic care and their health.
• Care for adults, children, pregnant patients, and families.
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships.
• Participate in occasional workshops and community outreach.
• Collaborate with our team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
