Job summary

HealthSource Chiropractic of Exton is seeking a high-energy Chiropractor to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on clinical excellence, patient care, and community engagement, with a supportive training environment and team-focused culture.

Responsibilities include performing chiropractic adjustments, conducting assessments, building referral networks, and educating patients about care plans. Active PA DC license and Doctor of Chiropractic degree are required; new graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active PA DC license and Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and coachable.
• Experience with chiropractic equipment preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in chiropractic practice

Responsibilities

• Support the clinical operations of the clinic
• Perform community outreach
• Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers
• Perform consults with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
• Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions.
• Perform Chiropractic adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, to correct the musculo-skeletal system.
• Practice modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics.
• Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate case histories and records of patients.
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories as indicated.
