Qualifications

• Doctor of chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid DC license in applicable state (IL).
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate spine and musculoskeletal systems to diagnose conditions.
