Qualifications

• DC degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Active New Jersey Chiropractic License in good standing.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical assessment, and adjusting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• EMR experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in Korean or Japanese is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient consultations, examinations, and evaluations.
• Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and other appropriate therapeutic treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, including SOAP notes and progress reports.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Maintain efficiency and professionalism in a busy clinical environment.
• Follow established office procedures, treatment protocols, and clinical standards.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with patients and team members.
