Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a licensed Chiropractor to join our growing practice. We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, comprehensive marketing support, and a patient-centered care model designed to help you focus on what you do best: patient care.

You will diagnose, treat, and educate patients, maintain records, and participate in a collaborative team. Franchised employment terms may vary by location.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Passing scores for Parts I–IV from NBCE.
• NBCE SPEC exam acceptable alternative for Part IV.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing histories, questioning, observing, and examining.
• Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine to diagnose conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other articulations as needed.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine chiropractic care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate case histories and record patient medical histories.
• Arrange and interpret diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary.
• Analyze x-rays to locate sources of difficulties and rule out issues.
• Provide patient chiropractic care and education; maintain records.
• Assist with sales of membership packages.

NBCE Parts I–IV

NBCE SPEC (Part IV) alternative
