The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) for a full-time role with a 4-day or 5-day schedule in Alabama. You will join a team serving patients across multiple clinics in Mountain Brook, Trussville, Oxford, and Gadsden, with strong leadership and a focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Current Alabama chiropractic license or ability to obtain before employment.
• Successful completion of NBCE examinations.
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chiropractic care and an exceptional patient experience.
• Perform patient consultations, examinations, and chiropractic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations and adjust patients as needed.
• Educate patients on spinal health, wellness, and preventative care.
• Build lasting patient relationships and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clinic team to achieve patient satisfaction and clinic goals.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, team-oriented culture.
