Job summary

HCRC consulting in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a licensed Chiropractor for a full-time role. You will join a multidisciplinary team of chiropractors, medical providers, physical therapists, and staff dedicated to restoring mobility and reducing pain.

The role offers a salary range of $90,000–$110,000+ DOE, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, PTO, holidays, and CME days.

Qualifications

• DC degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
• Active Virginia Chiropractic license with PT privileges.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient consultations, evaluations, and physical examinations.
• Review medical history, imaging, and diagnostic reports.
• Take and review X-rays.
• Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver chiropractic adjustments using diversified, activator, and other manual techniques.
• Prescribe therapeutic exercises and supportive modalities.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, lifestyle changes, and home exercises.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, medical providers, therapists, and staff for coordinated care.
• Supervise and work closely with chiropractic assistants/medical assistants.
• Complete accurate and timely EHR documentation and reports.
