healthcarerecruitmentcounselors is seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join our Bloomington, IL practice full-time. You will perform consultations and exams, adjust patients (Thompson and Diversified), review imaging, and develop treatment plans while educating patients about care options.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
• Active Chiropractic license in IL.
• Interest in working with patients of all ages and willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultation/exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review imaging).
• Take and review X-rays/CLA scans; evaluate findings and diagnoses.
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans; document notes.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, ROFs, treatment options, and home care.
• Chiropractic care: Adjustments (Thompson, Diversified), rehab, modalities.
• Coordinate care with team and other staff; ensure follow-up and reassessments.

We are looking for a Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Bloomington IL. We are seeking a Chiropractor who is skilled at adjusting patients of all ages, is passionate about chiropractic, someone who wants to make a real difference in our community and is a team player. Duties:

• Perform consultation/exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review X-rays/CLA scans
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, ROFs, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Thompson, Diversified, some Activator Cox, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with other docs, the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments

Requirements:
