Chiro One Wellness Centers in Alton, IL is seeking a personable Doctor of Chiropractic to join our established clinic. You will build strong patient relationships, manage an existing patient base, and contribute to the clinic's growth through quality care and community engagement.

This role offers a base salary with a performance bonus, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k). Onboarding is structured and franchising costs are absent.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.
• Licensed in IL or in the process of obtaining.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint.
• Comfortable in social settings, and ease with interactions with other people.
• Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, individualized care plans, and progress assessments.
• Build lasting patient relationships through clear communication, education, and follow-through.
• Maintain and grow the clinic's patient base through excellent care, patient retention, referrals, and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with Chiropractic Technicians to deliver an efficient, welcoming patient experience.
