Job summary

Curis Functional Health is seeking a Doctor of Chiropractic to join a growing, integrated health network in the Round Rock area. You will provide evidence‑based chiropractic care within a multidisciplinary team, helping patients achieve lasting health and vitality through comprehensive, whole‑person approaches.

As a Curis Chiropractor, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, build strong relationships, and contribute to a culture that values ownership and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
• Active and unrestricted chiropractic license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered, outcome-driven care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and health history reviews.
• Perform orthopedic, neurological, spinal, and postural assessments.
• Order and interpret imaging and functional evaluations as appropriate.
• Develop individualized care plans focused on recovery and wellness.
• Deliver chiropractic adjustments and adjunct therapies as licensed.
• Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and ergonomics; monitor progress.

What You'll Do

As a Curis Chiropractor, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal health through evidence‑based chiropractic care in a collaborative, whole‑person healthcare environment.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and health history reviews
• Perform orthopedic, neurological, spinal, postural, and functional assessments
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and functional evaluations as appropriate
• Develop individualized care plans focused on recovery, function, prevention, and long‑term wellness
• Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations using manual and instrument‑assisted techniques
• Deliver or coordinate complementary therapies such as rehabilitation, decompression, soft tissue work, and acupuncture (where licensed)
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle habits including exercise, sleep, stress management, nutrition, and ergonomics
• Recommend nutritional supplementation and wellness strategies when clinically appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes

Patient Experience & Collaboration

• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through exceptional care and communication
• Collaborate closely with nutritionists, mental health professionals, and other healthcare providers
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and clinical records
• Support billing and collections efforts through proper coding and documentation practices
• Contribute to a positive, patient‑centered clinic culture

Growth & Community Engagement

• Participate in community outreach, digital marketing, and patient education initiatives
• Serve as an ambassador for the Curis mission and values
• Actively contribute to the continued growth and success of the clinic

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic institution
• Active and unrestricted chiropractic license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient‑centered, outcome‑driven care
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a multidisciplinary or integrated healthcare setting
• Knowledge of rehabilitation, decompression, acupuncture, functional medicine, or nutrition‑based care
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice growth and leadership
