THE WORLD WE'RE BUILDING

Imagine a clinic where getting people out of pain isn't a transaction — it's the whole point. Where patients don't just get adjusted, they get better, and they tell everyone they know. That's the world we're building at The Joint Chiropractic in Kalamazoo, one patient at a time.

THE TEAM. THE MISSION. THE IMPACT.

You'll join one of the highest-volume, top-performing Joint Chiropractic clinics in Michigan. Your team: a tight-knit group of front desk pros and Chiropractors who show up caring, cooperative, and locked in. Your mission: deliver world-class chiropractic care, build a clinic patients never want to leave, and grow a business alongside an owner who wants you to win. Every adjustment you make, every relationship you build, moves real people from pain to possibility.

HOW WE WORK

We treat patients like family, not file numbers.

We hold every person on our team to the highest standard — including ourselves.

We measure success by lives changed, not just charts closed.

If your gut just said, “HELL YEAH,” keep reading.

If it didn't, this isn't your clinic — and that's okay.

THE ROLE

Doctor of Chiropractic Lead patient care and clinic performance for one of Michigan's top-performing Joint Chiropractic locations. This is a part-time or full-time role for a DC who wants to practice at a high level, lead a team, and build something real — starting at $100K for full-time, plus bonuses and incentives.

You’ll love:
  • Real relief, fast — Delivering hands-on adjustments that get patients real results, visit one.
  • Patients for life — Building long-term relationships with people who become raving fans.
  • A team that's bought in — Leading and developing a front-desk and DC team that shows up caring and cooperative.
  • Changing minds, not just spines — Educating patients on the life-changing power of routine chiropractic care.
  • Ownership of your numbers — Driving your clinic's volume, retention, and growth — and seeing the results of your leadership.
  • Room to grow — Building toward something bigger than a job — a career, a practice, a future.
