Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Doctor of Chiropractic to join our Jackson, TN location. You will deliver quality chiropractic care, perform adjustments, evaluate neuromusculoskeletal health, and educate patients on sustained wellness.

This role supports flexibility, marketing assistance, and long-term financial stability within a leading retail healthcare model. Responsibilities include patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, record-keeping, and advising on membership options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree is required.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or Part IV alternative) are required.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state for practice.
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories and examining patients.
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems to determine conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other articulations as needed.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide a treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate case histories and record patient information.
• Arrange diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Provide patient education and support for ongoing care and memberships.

The Opportunity:

• Bonus potential such as $1 per adjustment

Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
• Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.
• Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.

Qualifications needed:

• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores for Parts I, II, III, and IV from NCBE
• A recent NBCE SPEC exam is an acceptable alternative for Part IV
• Valid DC license in the applicable state
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in the applicable state
