Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring chiropractors to deliver high-quality care and educate patients. The role emphasizes freeing clinicians from marketing, insurance, and business admin so you can focus on patient care, with ownership or growth paths available.

Opportunity for long‑term stability and flexibility with PTO after one year, and a willingness to work at the Daphne location to support community health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree required.
• Must have NBCE Parts I–IV or Part IV SPEC acceptable.
• DC license valid in the applicable state.
• Malpractice insurance eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health histories, examining, questioning, and observing as indicated.
• Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal and spinal conditions using chiropractic diagnosis.
• Perform manual adjustments to correct musculoskeletal dysfunction.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely case histories and patient records.
• Order diagnostic x‑rays when medically necessary.
• Analyze x‑rays to identify sources of dysfunction and rule out fractures or disease.
• Build strong doctor‑patient relationships.
• Provide chiropractic care and patient education.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college

Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college

Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (SPEC exam acceptable for Part IV)

Valid DC license in the applicable state

Fully eligible for malpractice insurance
