Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a full-time Chiropractor to deliver high-quality care in a convenient retail setting. This role focuses on patient care and requires licensing and DC degree.

Schedule Monday–Friday 10:00–7:00 and Saturday 10:00–5:00, with occasional travel to Staunton. PTO accrual, CEU cost allowance, and a 4–5 day workweek accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
• Eligible for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records.
• Arrange diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.

Position Summary
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities
