HealthSource Chiropractic of Baraboo is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join our fast-paced, patient‑focused practice. You will support clinical operations, perform consults, and apply a range of therapies to help patients regain function and reduce pain.

You will engage with the community, build referral networks, and maintain thorough patient records while delivering high‑quality care in a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Support the clinical operations of the clinic.
• Perform community outreach and build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers.
• Perform consults with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
• Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions.
• Perform chiropractic adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, to correct the musculoskeletal system where necessary.
• Practice modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics.
• Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate case histories and record patients' medical histories as indicated.
• Carefully manage patient relations and provide quality patient education.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and explain details of the care plan.

About the Practice

HealthSource Chiropractic of HealthSource Chiropractic of Baraboo is looking for a high-energy and super-friendly Associate Chiropractor to join our team! We are a fast-paced, upbeat Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab clinic dedicated to helping patients get out of pain and back to doing what they love through chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, sports therapy, laser therapy, massage, orthotics, nutrition, and wellness products. If you are a new graduate, we want to meet you!

Training & Support

We practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics; all with the focus of providing better patient outcomes. We also welcome applicants who have experience with any or all of these techniques—Doctors with at least two years of experience, and doctors who have previously owned their own practice and realize the value of a team should feel free to apply!
