Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based chiropractic care with manual therapy as needed.
• Treat TBI, concussion, vestibular issues, balance impairments.
• Develop rehab and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Collaborate with neurologists, PTs, SLPs and other staff.
• Document evaluations, plans and progress notes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and expectations.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Chiropractor to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This position will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients with traumatic brain injuries, concussion-related symptoms, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, cervical spine injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. The ideal candidate is passionate about neurological rehabilitation, committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and thrives in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based chiropractic care, including manual therapy and spinal/extremity manipulation when clinically appropriate
• Treat patients experiencing TBI, concussion, vestibular dysfunction, balance impairments, whiplash-associated disorders, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other clinical staff to coordinate patient care
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and recovery expectations
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Chiropractor license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical assessment and manual treatment skills
• Experience with neurological rehabilitation, concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, or sports medicine is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
