Lifekind Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a full-time Chiropractic Doctor (with acupuncture certification) to deliver comprehensive chiropractic care and patient rehabilitation within a collaborative team. You will assess patients, order tests as needed, document care, and develop management plans while guiding patients through treatment in a compassionate manner.

The ideal candidate holds Arizona licensure, a DC from an accredited school, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Current Chiropractor licensure in the state of Arizona required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of chiropractic.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records and sign all charts within 72 hours of patient encounter.
• Instruct and counsel patients by describing therapeutic regimens and providing growth and development information.
• Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
