Qualifications

At HealthSource of Renton, we’re a fast‑paced, high‑energy Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab clinic dedicated to helping patients get out of pain and back to doing what they love. We provide a full range of services including chiropractic care, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, sports therapy, laser therapy, orthotics, nutritional support, and wellness products.

We’re looking for a passionate, driven Clinic Director (DC) to lead our state‑of‑the‑art Renton facility — a unique opportunity to make an impact in patient lives while growing a thriving, community‑centered practice.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional, evidence‑based chiropractic care and rehab programs
• Conduct patient exams, x‑rays, and develop individualized care plans
• As the business grows be prepared to lead and coach a high‑performing clinical team of associate doctors and rehab specialists to ensure smooth operations and top‑tier patient experiences
• Build lasting relationships with patients through education, communication, and consistent results
• Represent HealthSource in the community — helping build partnerships, attend events, and support marketing initiatives
• Track and report clinical outcomes, drive operational excellence, and uphold the HealthSource brand and values

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Washington State chiropractic license
• Fully insurable for malpractice in Washington State
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (3+ preferred)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communicator, organized, and coachable
• Passion for patient care, health, and lifelong learning
• Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by growth and potential ownership opportunities

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekends as needed
