HealthSource Chiropractic of Buffalo is seeking a high-energy Chiropractic Assistant/Rehab Assistant to join our fast-paced clinic in Buffalo, MN. You will support the chiropractor and team with front desk tasks, patient payments, and a range of rehab therapies.

We value energetic, friendly, team-oriented individuals who can engage well with patients, manage multiple tasks, and assist with mild billing and marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Take payments and manage patient flow through the office.
• Apply therapies including spinal decompression and laser therapy and assist with stretches/exercises.
• Screen for custom orthotics.
• Mange front desk activities (files, mild billing, insurance verifications, pre-authorizations).
• Social media marketing skills.
• Participate in Community Outreach Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk duties, answer calls, schedule appointments, and collect payments.
• Assist clinician with therapies and rehab activities as prescribed.
• Support clinic operations and patient flow to ensure smooth visits.
