Accident Care Chiropractic and Massage is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant (CA) for part-time with a transition to full-time. Bilingual in Spanish is required. No experience is necessary as on-site training is provided.

Role includes direct patient care assistance, scheduling, and basic clinic duties. Starting pay is $18/hr with benefits such as paid time off, paid holidays, sick pay, and health, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing direct, hands-on patient care as instructed by the Chiropractic Physician including PT modalities, rehabilitation exercises, and soft tissue mobilization.
• Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation before and after each patient encounter.
• Aid in upkeep of clinic inventory counts as needed.
• Aid in coordination of patient scheduling, answering calls, and sending referrals.
• Help with the claims process for new patients and verify claims when necessary.
• Provide patient care with massage therapy.

Summary:

In our clinics, our Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) assist the Chiropractic Physicians with clinical operations and coordination of patient care. CAs are an integral part of each patient’s care, rehabilitation, and individual care plan. They also aid in PT modalities, scheduling, and smaller office management tasks as needed. We strive to provide our patients with the best possible experience during their recovery from auto and work injuries. No experience is required. We train on-site.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Providing direct, hands-on patient care as instructed by the Chiropractic Physician which includes the use of PT modalities, rehabilitation exercises, and soft tissue mobilization/manipulation.
• Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the clinic prior to and after each patient encounter.
• Aid in the upkeep of clinic inventory counts as needed.
• Aid in coordination of patient scheduling, answering phone calls, and helping send out referrals to other offices as needed.
• Help with the claims process for new patients and verify claims when necessary.
• Provide patient care with massage therapy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bi or Multi-lingual is strongly preferred and needed.
