Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an experienced Chip Software Project Manager to drive software planning and execution for next-generation SOC chips across automotive, data center, embedded and mobile platforms.

You will coordinate pre-silicon software activities, software validation, bring-up and productization, while expanding partner collaborations and ensuring efficient, cross-site execution. A strong background in software lifecycle and embedded systems is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years overall experience with at least 4+ years in management.
Deep understanding of the software development life cycle.
Proven software technical project management in a matrix organization.
Strong understanding of embedded systems architecture: CPU, memory, buses and interconnects, OS and device drivers.
Experience managing programs spanning external partner engagement and internal engineering delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement all aspects of software planning and completion for SOC chips across the software lifecycle.
Develop workflows for SOC partner validation programs including engagement, onboarding, test execution and results reporting.
Build and expand strategic partnerships with collaborators.
Serve as main program contact and optimize execution efficiency across teams.
Drive POR, pre-silicon development, validation, bring-up and productization planning with cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance software development and safety standards where applicable.
Schedule and lead status meetings across geographically distributed software teams.
Align with platform teams to define and execute custom bring-up requirements.
