Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a remote Chinese language coach to help learners improve pronunciation, tones, and overall spoken skills. You will deliver personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to each learner's goals using Zoom or Teams.

Responsibilities include coaching, developing materials, tracking progress, and collaborating with client teams to refine methods. Fluency in Mandarin and prior language instruction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Chinese fluency with clear pronunciation.
• Experience in voice coaching, language instruction, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in helping others build abilities.
• Knowledge of Mandarin phonetics, linguistic nuances, and voice-projection techniques.
• Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom and Teams.
• Strong organization, self-direction, and ability to manage multiple clients or sessions.
• Ability to adapt instruction for varied learning styles.

• Develop engaging lesson materials and exercises using written and verbal methods.
• Use digital platforms to conduct motivating, interactive remote sessions.
• Track learner progress and adjust coaching strategies to meet client needs and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the customer''s team to refine coaching methods and share insights.

Compensation

$30 to $65 per hour.
