GRVTY is seeking a Chinese Operational Language Analyst (MDLA) to support DoD/IC missions in Aurora, CO. You will manage cryptologic language analysis and contribute to national security objectives through translation, transcription, and information extraction.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and ILR Level 2+/3 in Listening and Reading, with progressively higher experience for Levels 2–4. Join a team focused on mission impact and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Level 1 requires HS diploma + 2 years experience and ILR Skill Level 2+ in Listening and Reading.
• Level 2: HS diploma + 6 years of experience or AA/AS + 4 years, ILR Skill Level 3 in Listening OR Reading.
• Level 3: HS diploma + 14 years of experience or BA/BS + 10 years, ILR Skill Level 3 in Listening OR Reading.
• Level 4: HS diploma + 19 years of experience or BA/BS + 15 years, ILR Skill Level 3 in BOTH Listening and Reading.

What Impact You’ll Have:

GRVTY is seeking Chinese Multi-Disciplined Language Analysts (MDLA) to support Department of Defense/IC missions at Aurora, CO. As a Chinese MDLA, you will be responsible for cryptologic language analysis while supporting IC missions that are vital to our national security.
