Candidates must hold Top Secret clearance and be fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English. The role involves transcription, translation, and interpretation under varying mission requirements. Successful candidates must demonstrate typing ability and basic computer skills. The position may require flexible hours and the ability to function in high-pressure environments, as well as potential assignment to foreign locations.

Qualifications
