Job summary

Markesman Group seeks a Language Enabled Analyst (LEA) – Chinese to support intelligence operations in Hawaii. The role combines advanced Chinese language skills with analytic tradecraft to identify trends, assess foreign activities, and produce actionable intelligence for mission teams.

The analyst will work on multiple data sources, prepare reports, and brief findings to diverse audiences. A TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required, with the position based in Hawaii and a schedule that supports

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, listening, and analyzing Chinese-language materials.
• Experience conducting intelligence analysis, research, or operational support activities.
• Ability to identify relevant information and synthesize findings into actionable reporting.
• Experience working with multiple intelligence data sources and reporting formats.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Analyze foreign-language materials and communications to support intelligence requirements.
• Apply Chinese language skills to identify, interpret, and assess relevant information.
• Produce intelligence reports, assessments, and mission-support products.
