Qualifications

• Fluent in Chinese with strong coding and software engineering expertise.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures and software architecture.
• Experience with frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure and systems programming.
• Ability to document failure modes to harden model reasoning.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in CS/SE ideal; real-world coding, Chinese technical writing, or open-source signals fit.
• Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on software engineering tasks in Chinese.
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency of prompts.
• Assess naturalness and correctness of Chinese language usage.
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements.
