No prior chimney experience is required; we teach you the trade. Starting wage is $18–$25/hour depending on experience, with benefits and room for advancement as you train and grow.

Qualifications

• No prior chimney experience required; training will be provided.
• At least one year of hands-on construction or mechanical experience preferred.
• Comfort with outdoor work, heights, and physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Learn chimney construction and fireplace work across multiple trades.
• Develop problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Operate safely on jobsites around Indianapolis and communicate with homeowners.
