Responsibilities

• Traneの現場組織へ電話・メールでの技術支援と営業支援を提供し、顧客訪問や出張対応を通じてチラー事業の商業戦略とビジョンを支援する。
• 販売チーム教育用の資料やプレゼンテーションを作成・更新し、製品の優位点と落札戦略を示す。
• 販売拠点・イベント・顧客現場へ出張し、正式なプレゼンテーションや商談、業界展示会を支援する。
• 製品ラインのセリングストーリーを確立し、現場営業が理解・活用できるよう周知する。
• チラー関連の資料を作成・更新し、販売組織の教育・競合戦略・適用ガイダンスを支援する。
• 設計・製品管理・マーケティング・運用・ソフトウェアチームと協働し、製品のポジショニングとツールを改善する。
• 案件ごとに機器価格を算定し、入札戦略をサポートする。
• 同僚・営業部門・顧客へマーケティングと技術サポートを提供し、チームの新入社員教育のメンターとなる。
• 現場と顧客中心の環境をサポートし、パフォーマンスを測定して改善する。
• Trane Select Assistソフトウェアの設定を手伝い、ソフトの機能向上要件を提案する。
• Trane Graduate Training Programの新規メンバーを教育する。
• 出張は最大10%を想定。

The position applies good oral and written communication skills to clearly communicate with customers and Trane personnel.
