Product Manager, Chillers
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Bilingual Korean/English preferred).
We are a dynamic group of HVAC product engineers working with the latest and most advanced HVAC products in the US market. Join us to work closely with the LGE R&D team in Korea and handle ODM activities, internal design, and development of HVAC accessories and components.
Responsibilities
- Gain deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market
- Drive product launches including working with marketing, public relations, executives and other product management team members
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Detailed calibration and performance testing of new LG models and competitive models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years experience in high-tech, competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing or strategy/management consulting (preferred)
- Working knowledge of business planning & analysis concepts (Business Indexes: COI, WOS, Sales Deduction, etc.) is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities
- Financial modeling skills using Microsoft Excel for pricing and promotions strategies are strongly recommended
- Bilingual in Korean/English (preferred)
Recruiting Range
$95,000–$127,000 USD
