Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a positive, energetic Crew Member/Chill Staff to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will assemble and present completed treat orders and maintain a clean, safe service area in line with health codes.

Reporting to Management Staff and Shift Leaders, you will stock items, operate chill equipment, and work as part of a team to ensure consistent quality and value for every guest.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to work in a high-volume restaurant under pressure.
• Read order monitors and recall product contents.
• Follow established food handling procedures and health regulations.
• Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene and promptness.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers to ensure correct orders are served.
• Prepare treat products following health and safety standards quickly and accurately.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment including chill equipment safely.
• Work as a team to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and value.
• Clean and stock the work area and handle cleaning tasks as required.
