Job summary

Wilderness Way is seeking compassionate care staff to support children and young people with emotional, social, or behavioural challenges. You’ll work on a bank basis, providing flexible shifts across day, night, and sleep-ins to create a safe, nurturing environment. Essential: willingness to learn and obtain required qualifications; a full UK manual driving licence.

Desirable: experience in residential care. DBS checks will be completed.
