My Gym - Charlotte is seeking energetic and friendly gym teachers to lead high-energy classes for 2-5 year olds and to build strong connections with children and families in our Charlotte community programs.

You will travel to preschools during the week, run engaging sessions, and contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented team. We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a bonus-based pay structure within a rewarding environment.

My Gym does a lot in our community. One of the ways we serve the churches and preschools of Charlotte and Fort Mill/ Rock Hill is through our outbound/mobile program. We are hiring bright men and women who will serve as gym teachers for those schools. We travel to preschools during the week and run high-energy classes for 2-5 year old's. This Job is a great way to stay active and create the balance your life needs while studying, working another afternoon or evening job, or caring for your family.

Are you someone who…

Loves working with children and would consider yourself a kid at heart

Is a “people person”

Is great at working in collaboration with other people in a fun and supportive environment

Has a background in fitness (gymnastics, dance, team sports, cheer, martial arts, or related field) and the creative arts (visual arts like theater, painting, drawing)

Is patient, outgoing, and has an upbeat personality

Is willing to really grow with us (and the kids!) and can commit to at least a year of employment
