My Gym - Austin is seeking a high-energy team member to lead engaging activities for children ages birth through upper elementary. You will help create a fun, safe, and educational environment while working a flexible schedule.

Pay starts at $17 per hour with trained staff typically earning $21–$26 per hour including generous party tips. Opportunities for advancement and ongoing training are provided in a positive, inclusive setting.

Your skill set:

• A genuine love for young children – from babies to upper elementary ages.
• Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including some weekends.
• Commitment to train and take direction well/easily.
• Stage presence – if the idea of performing sounds scary, we might not be the right fit for you.
• Willingness to clean (cleaning is a huge part of what we do – it’s how we keep each other and our kids safe & healthy!).
• Effective leadership and motivational skills.
• A background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is a huuuuge plus!
