First Athletes Sports Training is seeking a high energy, motivated Lead Children’s Sports Coach for weekend mornings in Jacksonville. You will lead soccer and T-ball baseball classes, take attendance, and engage kids while interacting with parents.

The role is year-round and not full-time, with a consistent schedule and a focus on enthusiastic participation. Ideal candidates have experience with children, reliable transportation, and the ability to project a clear voice in a gym setting.

First Athletes Sports Training is looking for a high energy, motivated Lead Children’s Sports Coach. The Coach will help Make a difference, have fun and get paid while doing it! Coaches will be working with children ages 2-6 years old.

Job Duties:

• Coach/Instruct Soccer/T-ball Baseball classes
• Help Take attendance each class
• Interact with parents answering any questions they may have about classes/program
• Implement coaching strategies/games/activities
• Make sure kids are engaged/entertained and smiling during class

Schedule

THIS JOB IS WEEKEND WORK. Saturday AND Sunday Mornings from 10:00am - 1:00pm. Schedule varies based on class registrations and instructor availability.

DO NOT apply if you are looking for a full time position. We are looking for a consistent candidate. This position is YEAR ROUND, not temporary.
