Job summary

Soccer Shots Northwest Louisiana is seeking energetic and reliable Coaches to lead weekly sessions for children aged 2–8 in the Natchitoches area. You will deliver the approved curriculum, manage groups, and create a fun, safe environment that builds confidence and a love for activity.

Responsibilities include leading sessions, maintaining positive relationships with parents and teachers, arriving prepared, and representing Soccer Shots with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with young children and have a positive, energetic attitude.
• Experience coaching, teaching, childcare, camps, or similar roles preferred.
• Basic soccer knowledge; playing or coaching experience helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local program locations.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
