Job summary

The Little Gym of Torrance is seeking a passionate gymnastics coach to inspire and motivate young children while teaching the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. You will lead classes, follow lesson plans, and help children grow confidence through movement and play.

Qualifications

• Prior experience coaching gymnastics or children's sports.
• Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings or mornings and at least one weekend day in Torrance.

About The Role

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct gymnastics classes in Torrance for children ages 3 to 12 years old
• Implement proven lesson plans that focus on skill development and progression
• Provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on student progress
• Assist with special events, birthday parties, and other gym activities

Requirements

• Prior experience coaching gymnastics, children's sports or working with children in a similar setting
• Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work either evenings or mornings and at least one weekend day at the Torrance location
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
