Job summary

The Little Gym International in Chevy Chase, MD seeks energetic instructors to lead classes for children aged 4 months through 12 years using our proven curriculum. You will move with the kids, deliver exceptional customer service to families, and help children progress through programs in a warm, supportive setting.

No prior gymnastics experience is required as we provide training. Availability for Fall 2026 is required; we value positivity, reliability, and a passion for helping kids grow and

Qualifications

• Background in coaching gymnastics or related skills such as dance, sports or karate.
• Recent experience in sales and customer service.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to education and play within The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Engage with families to support enrollment and program progression.
• Encourage kids' confidence and motor development during sessions.
• Maintain a safe, fun, and educational class atmosphere.
