Job summary

The Little Gym of Somersault is hiring a Children's Fitness Instructor in Wilmington, NC. The role involves teaching engaging classes and coordinating exciting birthday parties using our proven curriculum. You will join a supportive team that runs weekend classes and events, delivering outstanding service to families and teammates alike.

We value energy, a love for kids, and a readiness to lead. A background in gymnastics, dance, or early childhood education is helpful.

Qualifications

• Be open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high fives; a background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps.
• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• Live to serve; making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you and their parents really like you too.
• Voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• Love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!).
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families hosting at our facility and ensure a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; we treat our members like family here.
• Be ready to LEAD; contribute to growth and development of children and families and seize upward mobility opportunities.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
