Job summary

The Little Gym International in Marlton is seeking energetic team members to help children celebrate birthdays and participate in weekend classes. You will work with a small coaching team to deliver a fun, safe, and structured program based on our proven curriculum.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, love to make kids smile, and can adapt to busy weekend schedules. Training is provided, and bonuses are offered based on performance.

Qualifications

• Energetic and friendly; able to engage children.
• Willing to learn and follow our curriculum.
• Capable of working with multiple instructors during classes.

Responsibilities

What We Expect From You…

• To be able to teach once trained from our proved curriculum.
• You will to assist in teaching classes to 3-10 year olds with 3 other instructors in the gym at the same time, we will train you to teach kids of all ages.
