Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time coaches to lead after-school classes for children aged 5–10 at Bay Area schools. Each session lasts about one hour, with a possible extra 30 minutes for pre-care, all equipment provided. Training or shadowing is required before starting, and reliable transportation is essential.

Sessions pay $50–$65 each, with 2–5 hours of work weekly. Applicants must live locally, be eligible to work in the U.S., and be fully vaccinated with TB Live Scan background checks

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old upon application.
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check.

Job Overview

Our programs are held at various elementary schools, Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time position where coaches typically teach one class per day (about one hour), with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes of pre-care. These sessions focus on creating a fun and energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children.

The pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, and all equipment is provided by us.

• Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.

Requirements

• Must be 19+ years old upon application
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Experience in sports you are applying, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required
• Enjoys working with children in a positive and active setting
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
• Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.

Work Type: Part-time (2–5 hours per week) Pay: $50–$65 per session

Programs are offered at multiple schools across the Bay Area. Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.

We do have openings for After School Tennis, Pickleball, Volleyball, Dance, Yoga and Basketball.

Applicants must already be eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not provided).
